  Rediculous service. We wanted to compare the baby jogger with the steel raft pram we had seen at another store and also get a car seat that allows extended rear facing (just wanted them to confirm the facts I already had on it and make sure it was the right one for us). So. Hard. To. Get. Help. we were the only people in the store and there were two attendants. They closed the roller door on us and I thought they hadn't realised we were still there. Had to find the exit door by ourselves and then a woman calls out, "thanks for coming' as my husband opened it. Could they want our money any less!
  Recommend you do the extra driving and go to the baby store near trade secrets in mount Gravatt, they are much more helpful and know about every product.
