Luv Bridal & Formal - Brisbane

I would highly recommend Luv Bridal, Slacks Creek, to anyone. It was a beautiful, heartwarming and overwhelmingly positive experience.

My appointment at Luv Bridal was the second time I had gone to try on dresses. My first appointment was at another bridal shop and it was awful. The staff, the store rules (eg. no photos, no writing the names of dresses down, etc etc - there were about 20 rules!), the sizes, the designs, all made for a really bad experience. Plus they closed the store while I was in my booked appointment and rushed me out the door.

When I went to Luv Bridal I expected the same experience and was very nervous. I was so pleasantly surprised; the staff were AMAZING (ask for Jada - she is so sweet and really knows her stuff), the store was beautifully laid out, they had sizes for me to try on (more places only have size 6 - 8, and if you are bigger you cannot try on), the dresses were gorgeous (and had so many styles and prices) and they took an interest in my wedding and my family who came with me. I walked away with a GORGEOUS gown and my confidence boosted.

My family and I could not stop talking about the night and day experience we had had between the two stores.

I can't wait to pick up my dress in February and to see all the staff again. Thank you Luv Bridal - I am now your biggest fan! x
